Basic installation instructions for fivem-appearance

• Ensure all dependencies are present
• Place resource in resources
• Make sure the folder is called fivem-appearance
• COMPLETELY REMOVE SKINCHANGER AND ESX_SKIN!
• Add ensure fivem-appearance to your server.cfg
• Restart/Start server
